Tom Parker Bowles was on This Morning today, making a trifle with Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes.
The food critic – who is the son of the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Parker Bowles – is the author of five cookbooks and won the Guild of Food Writers 2010 award for his writings on British food.
But Tom seemed to rush the trifle he was making today.
And This Morning viewers were less than impressed with his trifle, with many taking to Twitter to blast the “horrid” looking Christmas dessert.

One said: “That was rubbish! Hope it tastes better than it looked.”
Another angry viewer added: “Are you kidding me? what a bloody mess, absolute joke.”
And another unimpressed This Morning fan added: “That is the worst trifle I’ve ever seen!”
Some This Morning fans weren’t happy jam was used rather than jelly in Tom’s trifle.

One viewer wrote: “What the hell was that!! That’s a car crash trifle look at the state on it. No thanks, I’ll pass #ThisMorning.”
And another added: “I’m sat tutting at a disgusting pathetic excuse of a trifle on #ThisMorning.”
Of course, Ruth and Eamonn still ate it (Photo: ITV)
Luckily, This Morning shared a picture of what Tom’s trifle should actually look like – and it looks a lot better!
